If you'd like to sign up, visit http://mailman.notonthe.net/mailman/listinfo/motorcycle-skin. I'd also like some feedback on a change I'm about to make to the "Quick Picks" page. If the volume is at its lowest setting and you press the "Volume Down" button, a bug in the firmware causes it to wrap around to full volume. I see this as a potential safety problem because you can get quite a jolt if you're not expecting it. There are two ways I can get around it. One is to move the "Address Book" button and convert the whole left column of buttons into a volume slider. The other is to to make the "Volume Down" button a "Volume Zero" button. This would put the volume at its lowest setting, and then you'd have to use the "Volume Up" to set the level you'd like. I'm inclined to take the "Volume Zero" route until Lowrance fixes the firmware since you can operate it without having to look at the screen and it works better with gloves on. If nobody else like them, they'll come out in the next version. There is also a short section called "Customization" on how to find the images needed to build your own buttons. - Mark -- The Emacs religion: to be saved, control excess.
