Motorcycle Skin: Version 2 is Released

A new version of the skin is available in the usual place:

I did make a change to the scroll bars that makes them wider and gives
them a "road sign" appearance, but I'm not crazy about them.  If nobody else like them, they'll come out in the next version.

There is also a short section called "Customization" on how to find
the images needed to build your own buttons.
