Motorcycle Skin: MC Skin Version 4

Happy 4th, everyone!

I'm pleased to announce that the Motorcycle Skin has been revised to
take advantage of some of the new features (and bug fixes!) in the new
1.7.0 firmware.  I've also made a number of changes to the way the
menus are laid out based on my experiences riding with it since
Version 1.

The skin can be downloaded from a new location (same place, different
URL):

Most of the skin should run just fine under 1.4.0, although the labels
won't look as I intended them, and I'm not sure what reaction the old
firmware will have to skins that try to bring up new features such as
the Picture Viewer.  If some adventuresome soul running 1.4.0 would
like to give it a test-run, I'd like to hear how it does.
