Motorcycle Skin: MC Skin on 1.7.0 Firmware

I've had a chance to test the Motorcycle Skin with the iWay firmware
that was released today (version 1.7.0, build JR1400C).

95% of it works just fine.  The other 5% are a few minor problems:

    * The Find a Subway button ("Finds" menu next to "Exit") causes
      the unit to reboot.  Sorry, Jared.  :-)

    * The title is no longer displayed in the title bar of the menus
      because of my customized version.  How this was handled was
      quirky in 1.4.0, so I may just have to do some tinkering to make
      it work as I want it.

    * The Off Road toggle no longer does anything useful because the
      way navigation modes are handled has been changed.

These will all be fixed in the next release of the skin.  If I can get
an emulator with this firmware by the end of next week, that release
could happen as early as the first of next month.
